Apprenticeship programme

We believe apprenticeships provide a fantastic opportunity for young people to earn a wage whilst learning and working alongside our experienced and skilled engineers.  In our business, they will not only acquire a valuable and lifelong trade, but they will experience life in a real working environment.

Our last apprenticeship scheme was run in conjunction with the Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades (AEMT) in Loughborough, which required candidates to spend a period of 12 weeks in the first two years of the programme at college whilst years 3 and 4 will be spent entirely on site with an assessor visiting the workplace.

Our apprentices are employed on a full time basis (40 Hours per week) and are expected to fulfil the role of a tradesperson at the end of their 4 year training programme, qualifying with a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

If you are interested in a future apprenticeship, please submit a cover letter along with a CV to
