As an ABB Authorised Value Provider we are backed by ABB’s UK and Global presence, covering the full range of general machinery, general purpose and industrial drives, holding stock of both new and hire drives up to 400kW at our Knowsley Site. Central Drives has a dedicated Drives Service Team who can carry out on-site and in-house repair of drives, retrofit drives and repair drives of any manufacture, assuming spare parts are available.
As the UK Agent for AOIP we support the rotor resistance, liquid starters used extensively with large motors in the quarrying and aggregate industries where high starting torque is required and the operating environment is harsh.
